Employee dormitory under construction

With the renovation and expansion of Anhui Huachengxing Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. now completed, production is proceeding smoothly according to plan. The supporting staff dormitory is also under construction and progressing in an orderly manner.

During the production line renovation and expansion, the company's senior leadership placed great emphasis on improving staff accommodation. General Manager Liu Wenhua has emphasized on multiple occasions during work meetings: "Employees are the foundation of enterprise development. Only by addressing their practical concerns can the company achieve sustainable growth. The current accommodation and canteen facilities no longer meet present needs. All departments must work together to resolve this issue as soon as possible." While construction proceeds rapidly, high-quality standards must be upheld, with complete and fully functional facilities, to create a safe and comfortable living environment for employees.

The dormitory under construction adopts a two-story steel-frame structure and will serve as a comprehensive area integrating dining and accommodation. Upon completion, it will significantly enhance the living and dining conditions for staff. Recent rainy weather has affected the normal construction schedule. Currently, the main structure has been completed, and interior decoration is about to commence. It is expected that employees will be able to move into the new dormitory building in the near future.
