The process involves compression under a 10,000-ton press, followed by high-temperature, high-pressure steam curing and surface coating. The key difference lies in the board’s three-layer composition: the surface layer features wood-grain material, the base structure consists of high-strength concrete, and structural steel is incorporated as needed to meet specific requirements.

The board features a flat surface with superior texture and color compared to solid wood, along with anti-slip and wear-resistant properties. Additionally, it offers advantages such as resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, water absorption resistance, anti-moth and anti-fungus properties, inhibition of bacterial growth, long service life, and low cost.
