The International Inorganic-Bonded Fiber Composites Conference (IIBCC) was first established in 1988 in the United States by Professor Al Moselemi of the University of Idaho and is held biennially. This conference serves as an international academic forum focusing on fiber cement, fiber gypsum, fiber ceramic materials, and various other fiber-reinforced inorganic composite products. Over the years, it has attracted numerous internationally renowned companies and related service providers to participate.

Since its inception, the conference has been successfully held in different countries across 14 sessions. Today, the IIBCC is regarded as the most important international conference in the field of fiber-reinforced inorganic composite materials.

This is the first time that the IIBCC conference has been held in China. As the Vice President unit of the Calcium Silicate Cement Board Branch of the China Concrete and Cement Products Association and a leading supplier of green building materials, General Manager Liu Wenhua and Minister Zheng Jun from Huachengxing Building Materials were invited to attend this prestigious event.

Kunming Huachengxing Building Materials Co., Ltd. has made significant investments to introduce world-class production equipment and technology from Germany and Austria. The company specializes in manufacturing high-density autoclaved fiber cement boards (marketed under the exclusive Nine DE brand, registered nationally), calcium silicate boards, and steel structure LOFT flooring systems. Its product line represents a series of green, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and high-performance new building materials.

The conference brought together more than 300 industry leaders from over 40 countries in Fuzhou. Participants jointly explored and discussed the application and latest developments of inorganic composite materials in areas such as green environmental protection, technological energy efficiency, and prefabricated construction, while also looking ahead to the future of fiber-reinforced inorganic composite technology. This international conference provided a platform and a window for top experts and suppliers in the fiber cement board industry to engage in face-to-face communication, playing a positive role in enhancing the standing and advancing the development of the entire fiber-reinforced inorganic composite materials industry.
