The mechanical performance requirements for wood grain boards are higher than those for calcium silicate boards of the same grade. According to the standard JC/T412.1-2006 "Fiber Cement Flat Boards", the flexural strength index of asbestos-free fiber cement flat boards requires testing the strength under both air-dry and water-saturated conditions. In contrast, the standard JC/T564 "Fiber-Reinforced Calcium Silicate Boards" only requires testing the flexural strength of fiber-reinforced calcium silicate boards under dried conditions (105°C). (This fully indicates the difference in water resistance requirements between the two types of boards.)
The above are the minor differences between wood grain boards and calcium silicate boards. We believe you have gained a clear understanding after reading this!
There are no particularly obvious differences between wood grain boards and fiber-reinforced silicate boards, only slight differences in density and functionality.
Product Specifications of Fiber-Reinforced Silicate Boards: The standard size of fiber-reinforced silicate boards is 2440*1220mm. Its raw materials include siliceous materials, calcareous materials, and other flame-retardant materials.
