Panel processing requirements



(1) Fiber cement board cutting, grooving and drilling should be carried out in a dry environment.

(2) When machining, special machinery and equipment should be used to ensure the quality of processing.

Notch processing requirements

(2) The width, length and position of the notch should meet the design requirements.

(3) The side of the notch should not be damaged or cracked, and the groove should be smooth and clean, and there should be no visually visible stairs.

Back bolt hole processing requirements



(1) The back bolt hole should be processed by special drilling machinery matching with the back bolt.

(2) The back pattern that affects the connection of the back bolt should be polished, and the polished place should be smooth.

(3) The number, location and depth of the back bolt holes should meet the design requirements. The diameter of drilling and reaming should meet the technical requirements of back bolt products. For the flush back bolt directly connected with the back of the fiber cement board, the drilling depth shall be controlled at the distance from the decorative surface of the curtain wall to the bottom of the hole.

The drilling depth shall be controlled at the distance between the decorative surface of the curtain wall and the bottom of the hole, and the distance between the visible surface and the bottom of the connector through the spacing type back bolt connected by the connector.

(4) The back bolt can be implanted by pressing or rotating. The tightening moment of the back bolt should conform to the provisions of the back bolt manufacturer. After implantation, it should be confirmed that the connection is firm and the work is reliable.

(5)The back bolt hole shall not be damaged or cracked, and the hole shall be smooth and clean.
