Iv. Installation method

Self-supporting fire board air duct: The structure of self-supporting fire board air duct is shown in (Figure 1), and the corner node is enlarged as shown in (Figure 2).

Fire protection cladding layer of metal air duct: The structure of metal air duct covered by fire protection board is shown in (Figure 3), and the node magnification is shown in (Figure 4). The U-shaped light steel keel is fixed on the outside of the metal air duct, and the fire board is connected with the U-shaped light steel keel.

 

Plate blanking and forming: the four face wall panels of rectangular fire proof board air duct shall be blanked according to the construction drawings, wind diameter size and plate thickness, and the plates at the bending pipe and variable diameter of air duct shall be blanked.

Plate specifications: 2440mm-1220mm, plate thickness 9mm, 12mm/15mm; Generally, the length of each section of the air duct is 1220mm according to the width of the plate. When the length of the air duct is less than or equal to 1220mm or the sum of the two sides of the air duct is less than or equal to 1220mm, the air duct can be made of 2440mm according to the length of the plate to reduce the interface of the pipe section.

Try to avoid splicing of air duct plates. When splicing is required, it shall be according to the requirements (FIG. 5), and strengthening measures shall be taken for air duct at the splicing place.
