II. Production process:
Our cement fiber wood grain board is manufactured from inorganic materials, including natural Portland cement, quartz sand, and other siliceous and calcareous materials, reinforced with mineral plant fibers. It undergoes a sophisticated production cycle of more than ten precise processes. These processes encompass pulping, molding, ten-thousand-ton press forming, high-temperature and high-pressure steam curing, and culminate in surface coating using advanced automated spraying equipment.

This board meets the national Class A non-combustible standard. After installation, it maintains excellent stability and structural integrity, providing superior fire resistance and low thermal conductivity, making it an ideal material for insulation and fireproofing.
