The Huachengxing perforated sound-absorbing board series is manufactured through a sophisticated and rigorous process. It is composed of selected siliceous materials such as quartz powder, fly ash, and diatomite, combined with high-quality calcium-based materials including lime, calcium carbide, and cement. Reinforcing fibers, including inorganic mineral fibers and loose short cellulose fibers, are incorporated to enhance strength, while flame-retardant additives are precisely proportioned to ensure safety and performance.

These materials are blended in carefully controlled ratios, formed via a copying process, and then subjected to autoclave curing and systematic drying. The result is a high-performance acoustic board with uniform structure, excellent durability, and consistent sound-absorbing properties.
